Please record everything you eat and drink over a 3-day period, including meals, snacks, beverages, and supplements if applicable. Be as accurate and honest as possible—this is not about judgment, but about gathering information to help create a personalized nutrition strategy that fits your lifestyle and goals. Try to include at least one full weekend day and two weekday entries for a more complete picture of your typical routine.
