Hi, I’m Jacqueline, founder of Iron and Grace.
I’m a Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for helping people build strength in a way that feels sustainable, realistic, and supportive. Fitness, to me, is not about perfection. It’s about consistency, resilience, and learning how to keep going even when life gets busy or motivation fades.
I created Iron and Grace because I know firsthand how challenging it can be to stay consistent and make lasting changes. There are seasons when everything feels on track, and other seasons when it feels harder to show up for yourself. My coaching is built around meeting people where they are, not where they think they “should” be.
Iron and Grace represent two sides of the same journey: strength and compassion. I believe you don’t have to choose between pushing yourself and giving yourself grace. You need both to create lasting change.
My approach is centered on accountability, education, and encouragement. Whether your goal is to improve your health, build confidence, increase strength, or simply create more consistency in your routine, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
